Wyszecki’s seminal work on color science is meant to be a reference source of numerical data on color for practitioners. The 1931 CIE colorimetric system is based upon the Munsell Color System. The tabular data presented here is a unique visualization of color in which specific colors are defined numerically rather than figuratively. In this case, the color represented by the data in the first column corresponds to the color highlighted in the Munsell book also on display.
